בהמשך להודעת הביטול של אירוע BIM , כפי שתוכלו לקרא אותה פה - הודעה חשובה IMPORTANT UPDATE
אנו מבקשים לעדכן את כלל הרוכשים על אופן קבלת החזרי הכרטיסים.
לאור בקשות של משתתפים שונים שלא לקבל החזר כספי לאירוע, אלא, לקבל זיכוי לאירוע אחר או לחילופין לתרום את סכום הכרטיס לעמותה, מצורף טופס, איך לא :), בו תוכלו למלא מה היית רוצים שנעשה עם סכום הביטול.
תנאי ההחזר כספי:
ככל ונרכש הכרטיס בתוך 14 יום טרם הביטול, כלומר נרכש מיום 29.8 ואילך, יעמדו דמי הביטול ע"ס 5% (עלויות סליקה וכרטוס בלבד), לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן.
רכישת כרטיס שנעשתה בכל אחד מסבבי המכירות המוקדמים יותר - על אף המפורט בתקנון הרכישה, החלטנו לפנים משורת הדין, להוריד את דמי הביטול למדרגה הנמוכה, ודמי הביטול יעמדו ע"ס 15% בלבד.
ההחזרים הכספיים ייעשו באמצעות זיכוי כרטיס האשראי עימו נרכש הכרטיס. סכום הזיכוי צפוי להופיע בחשבון כרטיס האשראי שלכם במועד החיוב העוקב לאחר מועד הזיכוי.
ככל ורכשת כרטיס מחבר קהילה (באמצעות טופס העברת כרטיס), החזר התשלום יועבר לכרטיס האשראי הרשום בחברת הכרטוס. צעד זה נדרש על מנת שלא להיות חשופים מבחינה משפטית. מי שרכש מחבר קהילה מתבקש לבצע את ההתחשבנות מול חבר הקהילה ממנו רכש ושכרטיסו יזוכה.
לוחות זמנים:
בקשות זיכוי שיועברו בטופס המצורף עד 26/09/2020, יבוצעו עד 30/09/2020
בקשות זיכוי שיועברו בטופס המצורף בין 27/09/2020 ועד 10/10/2020, יבוצעו עד 15/10/2020
בקשות זיכוי שיועברו בטופס המצורף בין 11/10/2020 ועד 24/10/2020, יבוצעו עד 31/10/2020
בקשות זיכוי שיועברו בטופס המצורף מ 25/10/2020 ואילך, יועברו עד לסוף החודש העוקב.
אנחנו עדיין בונים את דוח השקיפות הכספי, אחרי שנסיים את ההתחשבנות עם כל הספקים ונבין את החזרי הכספים וכו', נוכל להציג תמונה עדכנית ואמיתית . כשתהיה לנו כזו אנחנו נפרסם כמובן.

We would like to update all ticket holders re the refund receipt process.
In light of requests from various participants not to receive a refund for the event, but to receive a credit for another event or alternatively to donate the ticket price to the association, a form is attached (as expected ;)), where you can fill in what you would like us to do with your refund amount.
The Refund Terms:
If the ticket was purchased up to 14 days before the cancellation, ie purchased from 29.8 onwards, the cancellation fee will be 5% (only the card processing cost), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
For tickets bought in any of the earlier sale rounds, despite the original purchase terms and conditions, we have decided, as a gesture of good will, to reduce the cancellation fee to the lowest level and so the cancellation fee will be set at only 15%.
Refunds will be processed BACK TO THE CREDIT CARD WITH WHICH THE TICKET WAS PURCHASED.
The credit is expected to appear back in your account on the debit date following the refund date.
In the event that you purchased a ticket from a community member (using a ticket transfer form), the refund will be transferred to the original credit card registered with the ticketing company. This procedure is legally required for data protection. We therefore ask that those who have had a ticket transferred to them, liaise with the community member from whom they purchased it and whose credit card will be credited.
Schedule:
Refund requests submitted in the attached form by 26/09/2020, will be processed by 30/09/2020
Refund requests submitted in the attached form between 27/09/2020 and 10/10/2020, will be processed by 15/10/2020
Refund requests submitted in the attached form between 11/10/2020 and 24/10/2020, will be processed by 31/10/2020
Refund requests submitted in the attached form from 25/10/2020 onwards, will be submitted by the end of the following month.
We are still building the financial transparency report and after we finalise the accounts with all the suppliers and clear the refunds etc., we will be able to present an up-to-date, clear picture.
When the above is completed, we will publish the report, of course.
